Refunds

Email us within 30 days and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked, no form to fill in.

Full refund within 14 days of any charge, including renewals. If a renewal caught you by surprise, that counts — write to us.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Canceling stops the next charge and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Write to [email protected] and tell us which purchase. One line is enough. You don’t have to give a reason, and we won’t ask you for one.

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our payment provider, who is the merchant of record. They process the refund and it returns to the card you paid with. You can reach them directly at paddle.net, which is also where your receipt comes from.

A refund ends your paid access going forward. It doesn’t reach back into what you’ve already made: your recipes, photographs and books stay where they are, and any PDF you’ve already exported or had printed is yours to keep. A refund never deletes those or claws them back.

What stops is the paid work from that point on — new AI edits, and fresh exports without the “Made with Buk” mark. The account goes back to the plan it was on before you bought, which for most people is the free plan.

You have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and nothing on this page takes it away. If you withdraw after you’ve started using it, the law lets a seller keep a share for the time you used; our windows above are more generous, so in practice you get it all back. And if we ever end your paid access for any reason other than you breaking the terms, you get the unused part back.

Only where there’s evidence of refund abuse. And if something is broken rather than just disappointing, tell us — we’ll fix it whether or not you want your money back.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and anyone with an account gets an email. A change never applies backward to something you’ve already bought.
